URBAN LOFT BCN is a loft-style housing development project located in the Sant Martí District of Barcelona, within the 22@ Area.

It is located at the junction of Peru Street and Bilbao Street, very close to Diagonal Avenue, the new Parc del Centre and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.

Urban Lofts BCN, located at 88 Peru Street, is formed by two buildings connected by three vertical cores. The complex has undergone an integral rehabilitation respecting the compositional system, the architectural language, and the materials of the original facade in order to preserve the old industrial essence of the building.
